Fees

One percent per trade, 70% of it to the creator, and how to claim it.

There is one fee. It is 1% of a trade, it applies to buys and sells alike, and it is the same from the first block onwards — no escalating rate for early sellers, no discount for anybody. Of every fee, 70% is the creator's and 30% is the platform's.

Where it is charged, and by whom

The 1% is Project X's own trading fee rather than something this platform adds on top. It comes off whatever goes into the trade — the backing asset when somebody buys, tokens when somebody sells — and collects inside the pool until it is claimed.

Your share depends on who else has added liquidity

Fees go to whoever supplied the liquidity a trade went through. At launch that is entirely you, so you earn all of it. If somebody later adds a large amount of their own liquidity, they start earning a share alongside you.

So the 70/30 split describes how your share is divided, not how much there will be. Your token's page always shows what has actually been earned rather than a projection.

Claiming what you have earned

The Claim button on your token's page does it. Behind it there are two steps — pulling the fees out of the pool, then paying out your share — but the button handles both, and neither one pays anything to whoever presses it.

Anyone can trigger the first step for any token. It never redirects money: fees always go to that token's creator and the platform, no matter who set it in motion.

You are paid in both assets

A trade pays its fee in whatever went into it, so a token that has been both bought and sold earns fees in both the backing asset and the token itself. Claiming collects both at once.

Fees do not follow the creator role

If the creator role changes hands, anything already credited to the outgoing creator stays theirs. The incoming creator earns from the handover onwards and cannot reach what came before it.

One thing worth knowing if you are handing over: fees still sitting uncollected in the pool at that moment go to whoever holds the role when they are next claimed. Claim before you hand over. See Community take-over.

Where the platform's share goes

To a single address set by the platform owner, which can be changed at any time. Changing it redirects the platform's future share and nothing else — it cannot reach your liquidity, your token, or any fees already credited to you.
