Reserves and fees are the contracts’ own state. Volume and fees paid are summed from the trade log, because no contract keeps a running total of either. Dollar figures convert at HyperCore’s spot price.
Nothing here prices the backing assets, so the reserves are listed in what they are actually held in rather than added up into a currency.

Not from the chain — nothing there remembers them. They are flows, and keeping a running total on chain would mean a storage write on every buy and every sell, every trader paying a little to populate a page. They are summed from the trade events by the indexer, and a build without one leaves those two figures out rather than showing a zero.
